Job summary

Service Steel Aerospace is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. The role involves supervising and performing metals processing and distribution, moving material with forklifts, cranes, and side loaders, and pulling orders per documentation.

You will tag items, maintain stock locations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications include a high school diploma and prior warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, side loaders or order pickers preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise or perform metals processing and distribution tasks.
• Move inventory and materials to racks, trucks and production areas using forklift, crane or side loader.
• Pull and assemble orders based on work/shipping orders and documentation.
• Tag materials for identification and maintain accurate stock locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with safety standards.
• Follow quality procedures and work instructions and report irregularities to supervision.
