Job summary

Reich Tool & Design is seeking a Warehouse Associate specializing in shipping and receiving. You will load/unload, prepare shipments, and maintain accurate material traceability across receiving, storage, and production areas.

The role includes documentation, ERP transactions, and coordination with logistics to meet production schedules. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse roles, forklift certification, and strong basics in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

High school education or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse shipping/receiving/logistics experience.
Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to safely operate or become certified to operate a forklift.
Ability to read packing lists, purchase orders, part numbers, and basic manufacturing documentation.
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Load and unload delivery vehicles and transport materials from receiving to production areas or to storage.
Clean, package, and protect finished products according to requirements.
Prepare international shipment documentation and assist with export shipments.
Participate in pickups/deliveries with company vehicles.
Perform and process inbound and outbound shipments per daily schedule.
Perform receiving verification against purchase requisitions and route materials for inspection.
Maintain material traceability and proper labeling throughout processes.
Complete ERP transactions for received and shipped materials.
Monitor shipping/receiving supply levels and place orders as directed.
Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
