Job summary

Astrolab is hiring for a Supply Chain & Procurement role in Hawthorne, CA. You will manage incoming goods, organize storage, and prepare materials for production, while coordinating with engineering and finance to keep inventory aligned with project timelines.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse ops or 2+ years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP software or NetSuite. On-site with comprehensive benefits and equity options.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in warehouse operations or 2+ years in procurement/supply chain.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using inventory management, procurement, purchasing, or ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods physically and digitally into our inventory system.
• Organize and maintain storage by flight pedigree per QA system.
• Pick and kit production materials to support priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement to optimize stock.
• Package and arrange shipping of components to suppliers and customers.
• Work with engineering, production and finance to align inventory with timelines.
