Job summary

Daher’s Sandpoint, Idaho site is a key U.S. aircraft manufacturing location focusing on Kodiak aircraft family assembly, MRO, and support. The Warehouse Lead will supervise stockroom, shipping, and expediting, ensuring smooth material flow and alignment with production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.
• Experience in an assembly-line manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of stockroom, shipping and receiving, and expediting teams.
• Coordinate material flow to support manufacturing and production schedules.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, movement, and issuance of materials and parts.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and inventory control processes.
• Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure compliance with procedures and customer requirements.
• Lead expediting efforts to resolve material shortages and minimize production disruptions.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering teams to support goals.
• Establish priorities and assign work to warehouse personnel to meet business needs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Track and report KPIs including inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, receiving performance, and warehouse efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and material flow.
• Support ERP/MRP system transactions and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory control.
• Lead Responsibilities will be assigned.
