Aeroforge Inc. in Puyallup, WA, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping operations and logistics. The role focuses on prepping orders, packaging aerospace tooling, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation.

No prior warehouse experience is required; we train driven individuals with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance. The position is full-time, in-person at our facility, with standard Monday–Friday hours (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Required).
• Physical: able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Traits: attention to detail, reliable attendance, a safety-first mindset, willingness to learn, and a positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepping & Packing: Securely package finished assemblies and aerospace tooling to ensure safe transit for our domestic and international customers.
• Documentation & Verification: Review shipping documentation and order details to ensure part numbers and quantities match before shipment.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull and stage parts or completed orders to meet daily shipping schedules.
• Material Handling: Transport parts and finished products across the shop floor using pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Safety & Workplace Care: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following aerospace standards.
• Inventory Support: Provide occasional counts and put items away as needed.
