Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Production - Value Stream - Manager for a direct hire, onsite role in the Downers Grove, IL area. You will lead the seal team of production associates and leads, drive lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while managing costs.

The position requires a technical degree, 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and familiarity with aerospace components. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is preferred.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Lean environment experience and standard work implementation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the seal team of Production Associates and Leads.
• Monitor Safety, Productivity, Quality, Delivery and Cost metrics.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce lead times and costs.
• Lead capital expenditure processes for capacity growth.
• Champion quality initiatives and AS9100 QMS leadership.
