Qualifications

• Active Military personnel on their last 180 days before separating from Military Service.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical engineering.
• Technical certification preferred in aerospace or mechanical fields.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing/fabrication-related tools and equipment.
• Conduct mechanical and visual inspections of products.
• Manage quality-related nonconforming products and materials.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives and promote teamwork.
• Perform maintenance and continuous improvement tasks.

Skills

Technical certification in relevant field

Set up and maintain manufacturing tools

Perform mathematical calculations

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

Excellent communication skills

Education
