Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Entry-level position within the aerospace field.
• Basic ability to use measuring devices like calipers.
• Independently proficient in 1–2 trim operator specializations such as band saw or sanding parts.
• Little to no experience required in discipline.
• Reads and writes English at a comprehensive level.
• Good hand/eye coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Operates and processes parts in trim area
• Safely trims parts per specifications
• Maintains and identifies defects in Trim Drill Fixture and Hand Route Fixture and reports findings to supervisor
• Documents the process to maintain traceability
• Adheres to company specifications, work instructions, manufacturing orders and customer specifications
