Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years related experience or training.
• AWS D17.1 certification or equivalent required.
• Group A parts production approval needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow weld schedules for titanium and stainless steel parts using rotary table.
• Develop weld schedules to meet drawings and procedures.
• Investigate quality issues and drive welding department improvements.
• Inspect welds as a weld inspector and participate in NADCAP audits.
• Coordinate design, orders, and tooling for internal use.
• Achieve required AWS D17.1 GTAW qualifications.
