Job summary

Airtomic Ducting Solutions, located in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking an entry-level Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This FAA Repair Station role focuses on welding and fabricating aircraft engine components in a high-mix, lower-volume environment with emphasis on safety and precision.

The ideal candidate will read routing instructions, interpret drawings, and use TIG welding with thin-wall materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must pass FAA drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Interpret routings, op sheets and drawings to determine the most efficient repair approach.
• Weld and fabricate components to aerospace quality standards.
• Polish and blend products; prepare parts for welding; cut, prep, and assemble parts.
• Operate welding equipment, set up jigs/fixtures, and read blueprints.
