Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Washington state seeks a hands-on technician to assist engineers in test setup, assembly, and testing of development articles integrated to production. You will read schematics, operate at high pressures, and rebuild components while ensuring safety and quality in a dynamic lab environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related fields, strong writing and computer skills, and familiarity with AS9100-quality processes. U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in related field.
• Development Lab and Production Lab experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing work instructions.
• Strong written and computer skills.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or export-control eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and some electronic understanding.
• Familiarity with schematics, P&IDs, and drawings.
• Ability to modify, assemble, and complete a test setup for testing various test articles.
• Rebuild of valves, regulators and components.
• Component level testing and troubleshooting.
• Working with pressures up to 10,000 psi and fittings.
