Job summary

Beta Technologies is seeking a Test Engineering Technician for our Battery team at our state-of-the-art test facility in Vermont. You will set up, execute, document, and maintain a variety of aerospace environmental tests on components from flight control computers to high-voltage battery packs.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on technical aptitude, meticulous attention to test plans, and the creativity to develop new tests.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting up and executing environmental tests.
• Ability to follow a defined test plan with precision.
• Creative approach to developing new development tests and experiments.
• Strong teamwork skills to drive testing efforts forward.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, clean up, and document aerospace environmental tests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment.
• Work on tests across shock, vibration, thermal, humidity, altitude, and EMI categories.
• Collaborate with the Battery team to push through test development challenges.
