Responsibilities include authoring and maintaining test processes, applying electrical theory, and presenting findings during customer readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Integration/Test or Graduate degree with 2 years in Integration/Test.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of Integration/Test experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain validation and acceptance testing processes for advanced aerospace hardware.
• Apply electrical theory and testing procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Provide guidance and training to shop floor, design and management teams.
• Analyze drawings and specs to develop robust test procedures and tooling.
• Investigate nonconforming hardware and implement corrective actions.
