Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in system integration and testing
• Secret clearance required
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing test methods and test equipment
• Ability to plan and coordinate testing schedules, labor, and equipment for standard and specialized devices
• Strong understanding of test parameters, test specifications, and quality standards
• Hands-on experience conducting functional, performance, and special-purpose testing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product evaluations and test coverage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and procedures for system verification and validation
• Conduct integration and regression testing of hardware and software components
• Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing per project requirements
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis
• Work with design, software, and hardware teams to resolve integration challenges
• Maintain test documentation, reports, procedures, and compliance artifacts
• Provide technical support for customer demonstrations, field testing, and deployments
