Job summary

Trueanomalyinc is seeking a highly motivated Test Engineer to support test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and program managers, developing test plans and executing tests to meet performance and mission-critical requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and offers a salary range of $70,000–$130,000 depending on experience level. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Test Engineer I: Bachelor’s degree with 0–1 year(s) of academic or industry experience in a test, validation, or lab environment.
• Test Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree with 2–4+ years of hands‑on test engineering experience within the aerospace or defense industry, or a Master’s degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead the planning, setup, execution, and documentation of component‑ and system‑level tests across mechanical, electrical, and environmental domains.
• Execute test procedures, collect and validate test data, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and configuration control standards.
• Analyze test results, document anomalies, and support root cause investigations in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
