This position is fully onsite in California, offering a competitive salary between $155,000 and $315,000 based on experience, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years full lifecycle experience for staff level; 15+ for principal level.
• Strong background in requirements, verification, trade studies, and failure analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams effectively.
