Job summary

Links Technology Solutions, Inc. in Vandalia, OH seeks a Test Engineer III to lead verification and validation efforts for complex aerospace and defense systems. You will design test plans, perform V&V activities, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of engineering/testing experience, strong English communication, and experience with regulatory standards. On-site role with a 12-month contract and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Typically 5+ years of engineering and testing experience, preferably in Aerospace/Defense.
• Proven experience planning, executing, and documenting formal V&V activities with requirements management and system integration.
• Proficiency with test equipment, testing standards, and methodologies (manual and automated); familiarity with FAA, NASA, DoD certifications is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English with strong technical reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex test plans, procedures, and reports to demonstrate compliance with requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and document V&V activities for system and component-level products.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to manage requirements, design, and integration.
• Interpret schematics, use service manuals, and apply troubleshooting to diagnose issues.
• Identify and process product non-conformances in line with QA principles.
