Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in an engineering test environment.
• Hands-on experience with propulsion systems and battery systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of clear test reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and hazard analyses.
• Design and commission custom test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Process test data to evaluate system performance and diagnose failures.

Skills

Hands-on experience with electric motors

Proficiency in data processing using Python

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience with data acquisition systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
