Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a dedicated engineering test environment.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating data acquisition hardware.
• Comfortable parsing engineering schematics and 3D CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and safety hazard analyses.
• Design, build, and commission custom test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Process raw test data to evaluate system performance against design requirements.

Skills

Hands-on experience with electric motors, propulsion systems, battery systems, EV systems

Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills

Proficiency in data processing and analysis

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
