Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Fort Walton Beach, FL, is seeking a Production Technician for the CAD-guided test and calibration of subassemblies in a 9/80 schedule (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-3:30pm). This role supports high-volume production test operations and requires handling automated test equipment and safety practices.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in a regulated environment and familiarity with test instruments. AA degree is a plus; U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a highly regulated manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Familiarity with product flow in manufacturing or repair environments; computer literacy.
• Able to communicate clearly and proactively solve problems.
• Able to learn new test software and equipment and identify non-conforming conditions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and functional tests on subassemblies and end items of moderate complexity.
• Create non-conformance reports with test details and initial root-cause notes.
• Interpret work orders and drawings; follow test procedures and manuals.
• Prepare calculations for voltage, resistance, current, impedance, and related specs.
• Perform automated and manual testing using standard test equipment and consoles.
