AST SpaceMobile is seeking a high‑output Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full‑cycle recruiting for hourly technician roles supporting aerospace manufacturing, integration, and test operations. This role hires avionics, composite, AIT, and RF technicians, quality inspectors, and other hands‑on production talent crucial to spacecraft build and launch cadence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, manufacturing/aerospace experience considered.
• 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting for hourly/technician roles in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience with high-volume ramp hiring and technical skill screening.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruiting for hourly technician roles in manufacturing, integration, test, and quality.
• Partner with managers to define headcount, skills, and timelines with structured intake and screening.
• Build pipelines for avionics, RF, and quality technicians; leverage sourcing channels.
