Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of complex systems engineering or integration experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams through large-scale multi-system projects.
• Lead multiple airplane systems such as Environmental Controls, Hydraulic, Flight Controls, Electrical, Cabins, Networks, Avionics and Cyber Security.
• Collaborate with safety, regulatory teams and other program groups.
• Implement best practices and drive process improvements.
• Understand and navigate aircraft certification processes.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse teams and leadership.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
