Job summary

GE Aerospace in Dayton, OH is seeking an intern/co-op to help invent the future of flight and support aerospace systems design. You will gain experience across design, analysis and testing while pursuing an engineering degree and aiming for a full-time role after graduation.

You will collaborate with leaders, develop hands-on skills in engine controls, propulsion systems, and software tools, and prepare for leadership programs or direct hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• GE Aerospace internship experience required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Enrolled full-time in an engineering program (Mechanical or Aeronautical/Aerospace).
• Willingness to work in the United States; Dayton, OH or Bohemia, NY locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop engine controls, navigation, guidance systems, and other propulsion related components.
• Engage in design, analysis, development, testing, and software-related tasks; write requirements, run simulations and tool development.
