Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team supporting the T-7 Red Hawk program. This role involves leading mission systems integration and verification to ensure systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. The position is on-site in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead mission systems integration and verification activities.
2. Develop and support test plans, readiness reviews, and data analysis.
3. Coordinate with flight test teams and cross-functional engineering groups.
4. Analyze test results and recommend design improvements.
5. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews.
6. Track progress and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in mission systems integration and testing.
• Strong knowledge of avionics, test planning, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with T-7 or similar aircraft.
• Familiarity with MBSE and systems engineering principles.
• Knowledge of FAA/MIL-STD standards.
• Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools.

Compensation:

• $110,000-$120,000 per year (based on experience).
