Job summary

RTX (Pratt & Whitney/Raytheon) offers internships and co-ops in aerospace and defense. You will learn to capture and verify processor-based requirements and gain exposure to ARP4754, DO-297, and development tools within a collaborative team environment.

Role focuses on learning design assurance standards and applying them to real-world verification tasks, with onsite work at the Cedar Rapids site and supervised guidance from experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or STEM and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems into parts.
• Experience with capturing requirements and writing test cases; troubleshooting skills.
