Job summary

You will interface with engineering, quality and operations to drive cost reduction and quality improvements, coordinating with customers, subcontractors and suppliers across Bell. The role emphasizes managing subcontracts, purchasing procedures, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the supply chain and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or commodity management
• Contract experience or financial/cost analysis of commodity/raw materials
• Experience with aviation manufacturing a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Maintain subcontract records, support PO management, price adherence, and inventory analysis.
• Negotiate subcontracts and terms with major suppliers.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, manufacturing and IPTs.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and contractual obligations.
• Manage open order reports to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop long/short-term procurement plans and meet deadlines.
