Job summary

OEM Logistics, LLC is seeking a Supplier Specialist to develop partnerships with suppliers, manage open order reports, and monitor delivery performance across aerospace and defense programs. You will drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and cross-functional communication to prevent delays.

The role requires five to ten years in manufacturing, strong knowledge of supply chain management, Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma concepts, and the ability to travel locally. U.S.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing preferred.
• Pre-employment motor vehicle history check.
• Bachelor's degree is not always required; experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnership relationships with assigned suppliers and work as a team to meet customer requirements.
• Manage Open Order Report with suppliers to minimize risk and improve delivery.
• Analyze delivery performance trends and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Facilitate timely closure of corrective actions and drive cross-functional communication.
• Travel locally as required and coordinate with sub-tiers to meet production commitments.
