Job summary

You will collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure accurate material flow and on‑time customer deliveries, requiring 1–3 years in supply chain or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and basic computer applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records through tracking, cycle counting, reconciliation, and ERP/MRP data entry.
• Coordinate movement of parts, materials, and WIP to support production schedules.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, labels).
• Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and ensure proper packaging and staging.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and update system records.
• Maintain organized storage areas for raw materials, finished goods, and WIP.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and material flow issues.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics to ensure alignment of activities.
• Adhere to safety procedures and workplace policies.
