Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Supplier Quality Analyst to ensure the quality of Pratt & Whitney’s supplier network. You will conduct supplier quality audits, drive corrective actions, and partner with suppliers to prevent defects.

This onsite role requires up to 25% travel, a strong background in QA in regulated environments, and collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a related field with 2+ years in auditing/QA within a regulated environment.
• Alternate path: Associate’s with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• No degree: minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments to verify compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead RCCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support on-site supplier visits and cross-functional collaboration.
