Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years in procurement/purchasing, preferably in Supply Chain Services Procurement.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and multi-category sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Chase updates from suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and reduce overdue POs.
• Drive down overdue POs via daily follow-up, escalation, and root-cause resolution; own aging backlog.
• Improve supplier on-time delivery and implement corrective action for chronic underperformers.
• Ensure timely PO acknowledgement with price, quantity, delivery date, and terms.
• Track and report daily metrics (overdue POs, PO acknowledgment rate, OTD, cycle time, cost savings) to leadership.
• Source, negotiate, and procure services across categories.
• Manage procurement from requisition to final payment; resolve issues within process.
• Conduct price analyses and lead formal negotiations; review service procurement requests for compliance.
• Engage with suppliers to optimize pricing, service, and terms while reducing costs and risk.
• Maintain accurate procurement records for all agreements; identify cost-saving opportunities.
