Job summary

Daher is seeking a Structures Design Engineer in Sandpoint, Idaho, to support the type design of all Kodiak aircraft. The role involves production support, fleet sustainment, and new product development while adhering to 14 CFR Part 23 standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in the aerospace industry, and strong CAD expertise. A competitive salary of $80,000 to $95,000 plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• Strong background in aircraft structures and certification (14 CFR Part 23).
• Proven experience with classical structural analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft production through manufacturability improvements.
• Develop and release 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Perform structural analysis to validate design changes.
