Must complete installations per drawings, maintaining edge distance and pitch.
Progressive experience with structure assembly and minor part fitting, including repair/refinishing like airframe corrosion removal.

Responsibilities

Assemble and create major assembly structures and minor part-fitting operations.
Align parts on jigs and aerospace vehicles using templates and fixtures.
Measure parts with micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
Modify incomplete/complete assemblies and incorporate changes into the structure.
Monitor and verify quality per statistical process control or other methods.
