Bombardier is seeking a Job Stress Engineer (Level 1 - Evergreen) to perform structural analyses of primary and secondary aircraft structures. You will prepare technical documentation, support certification activities (FAA/EASA/TCCA), and present design review material to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant stress engineering experience, with proficiency in Patran, Nastran, Nasgro, Altair,
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent required.
- Experience with structural analysis and certification processes preferred.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required by ITAR regulations.
Responsabilités
- Perform structural analysis using hand methods and finite element analysis on metallic and non-metallic structures.
- Prepare formal engineering documentation (structural analysis reports, specifications).
- Develop and present design review materials for design reviews with suppliers and customers.
- Review designs for structural reinforcement sizing and load path definitions.
