Verify Incorporated is seeking a Quality Source Inspector to perform inspections across supplier locations for electrical and mechanical commodities such as CCA, PWBCCA, and cable/wire assemblies. The role emphasizes adherence to AS9100/ISO 9001 standards and precise documentation of results.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (technical QA/electrical certification preferred) and be proficient with engineering drawings, precision measurement, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in quality assurance, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Skilled in inspecting CCAs, PWBCCAs, and cable/wire assemblies.
• IPC 610 preferred but not required; JSTD-001 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on electrical and mechanical commodity products, including CCA, PWBCCA, and cable/wire assemblies, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Verify product conformity through dimensional checks, visual inspections, and functional tests as required.
• Review and approve First Article Inspections (FAI) and other quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and collaborate with suppliers to resolve.
• Document inspection results accurately and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
