Job summary

Quest Global delivers engineering solutions and is seeking a QA/Quality Engineering leader for on-site work in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. You will ensure DO-178 B/C compliance, perform audits, and manage QA activities across software and hardware lifecycles.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and guide risk management to meet aviation and defense standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in DO 178/330/331 driven environments and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to drive quality and performance goals.
• Strong skills in risk management and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Software Quality Assurance/Control per DO-178 B/C for projects.
• Develop and maintain QA plans and perform stage gate reviews.
• Support SOI and customer audits and conduct process audits.
• Verify quality documents for software and hardware artifacts.
• Assist development teams with methods and tools and drive improvements.
