Job summary

RTX invites students and early-career engineers to explore aerospace and defense through internships, co-ops and full-time roles. The McKinney, TX site offers hands-on experience on multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to both military and commercial programs.

You will work onsite at McKinney, engage in requirements, design, development, integration, test, and maintenance tasks, and collaborate with Systems Engineers to deliver practical solutions for end users.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and enrolled through internship/co-op session.
• Must have at least 60 credit hours by start of internship/co-op session.
• Experience in object-oriented programming.
• Experience in developing, testing, and integrating real-time software applications.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of a software development life cycle as part of a multi-disciplined team.
• Use creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems.
• Work closely with Systems Engineers to design solutions with end user needs in mind.
• Work onsite at McKinney, TX [relocation eligible]
