Job summary

RTX Corporation, via the Raytheon Fellowship Program, invites students to join their software team in Aurora. Interns will work on satellite ground systems, applying AI/ML tools and algorithms within an Agile environment. A TS/SCI clearance is required to obtain citizenship-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in a related field and enrolled through internship session.
• Minimum 60 hours of credit by start of internship/co-op.
• Experience with object-oriented programming in C++ or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deliver and maintain software for satellite ground systems.
• Work on AI/ML processing tools and software algorithms in an Agile team.
• Collaborate with engineers and leaders on complex defense software projects.
• Participate in DevSecOps practices and modern CI/CD workflows.
