Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in STEM or equivalent technical field.
• Experience designing and programming with C++, Java or other OO language.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and multithreaded apps.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to speed workflows or code quality.
• Experience with open systems architecture and modular design; well-structured APIs.
• Ability to identify and resolve engineering deficiencies (technical problem solving).

Responsibilities

• Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline teams; apply agile methods to develop, test, and integrate complex software for aerospace/defense products.
• Contribute as a software engineer and potentially lead a small software team.
