Ideal candidates have a University degree with 5+ years of experience in production planning, strong ERP/MRP skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling; ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret production schedules and customer requirements to develop shop floor work plans
• Coordinate release of work orders to production floor ensuring availability of materials, tools, and resources
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to schedules
• Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to address shortages or delays
• Partner with quality team to meet established standards
• Communicate with production supervisors to prioritize tasks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes
• Maintain records of work orders and schedules
