Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Olathe, KS is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist - Level 3 to manage end-to-end shipping and receiving operations on-site. You will verify shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to keep schedules on track.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and requires hands-on work with material handling equipment and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in operating material handling equipment and safety protocols.
• Ability to verify shipment documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Familiarity with shipping hazardous/non-hazardous materials regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities per company policies.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper handling and storage to prevent damage.
