RBC Bearings Fairfield, CT is seeking a Shipping Documentation Clerk to prepare and verify shipping documents, review customer specs, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100. You will maintain records and support production scheduling while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The ideal candidate has an AS in Industrial Technology or equivalent, with 0–2 years in manufacturing, preferably aerospace, and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in a manufacturing environment, aerospace preferred.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand shipping instructions.
• Review customer specifications to issue shipping documents.
• Verify material and process certifications for compliance.
• Maintain records and logs as necessary.
• Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100 quality systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and 6S in the work area.
