Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to coordinate shipments, manage inventory movements, and ensure accurate packaging and documentation. The role supports production by handling materials efficiently and maintaining orderly storage in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include carrier coordination, data entry in ERP, and assembling crates for shipping. On-site 1st shift in Wixom, MI, with an hourly pay range of $20–$22.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience picking orders with pick slips or similar.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer/data entry for inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx).
• Deliver materials within the facility and return unused materials to inventory.
• Operate barcode scanners and enter data into ERP system.
• Stack pallets and maintain organized storage and material flow.
• Pack and label goods for shipment and returns to vendors.
