Job summary

AAR Corp. is hiring Aircraft Sheetmetal Apprentices. This full-time program combines classroom training (about 300 hours) with on-the-job experience.

After 18 months of training, the company will pay for the FAA Airframe license. No prior aircraft experience required; candidates should be mechanically inclined and eager to learn a new skill. Applicants may or may not have an A&P license and must communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in standard English.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Must have ability to learn.
• Minimum of one year of technical aircraft maintenance training from an approved aviation school or training facility.
• May or may not have A and P license.
