Qualifications

• Must interpret specs and engineering drawings to determine work steps.

Responsibilities

• Install collars on Hi-Loks and set up various countersinks used in drilling.
• Remove and replace rivets, Hi-locks, and collars with assistance.
• Inspect finished surfaces for conformance and retouch defects.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment; prepare surfaces for assembly.
• Wipe coatings and prepare finishes on workpieces as required.
• Fill out job packets and daily logs; assist with material handling.
• Rework blemishes per BAC specifications; assemble using torque tools.
