Job summary

Ace Precision is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to build precision metal components at our Wisconsin facilities in Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls. From your first shift, you’ll follow work instructions to fabricate, form, and assemble sheet metal parts with consistent accuracy.

You’ll work with forming equipment and finishing stations, interpret drawings, deburr, and verify measurements to ensure flight‑worthy parts for aerospace, power generation, and defense programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Steady hand, quality mindset, and ability to follow standardized procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interpret simple sketches and routings to guide your work.
• Set up and run manual forming tools, including rolls, expanders, and planishers.
• Operate equipment such as sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders.
• Deburr parts for the shift to deliver smooth, safe, and spec‑compliant edges.
• Verify quality using tape measures, vernier calipers, and Pi tapes; confirm acceptance before moving parts forward.
