Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Document patrol observations and communicate findings to Allied Universal leadership.
