Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Valid driver’s license as per policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site-specific procedures and access control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and report per protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and public service personnel.
