Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Security Patrol in Hampton, AR to safeguard clients across aerospace/defense facilities. A valid driver's license is required. The role offers full-time work with weekly pay at $18.50 per hour and a schedule including overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, restricted-access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and patrol findings to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
