Responsibilities include executing SOPs, preparing samples, recording data, and presenting results. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting lab operations. A high school diploma and 1+ year wet chemistry experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years hands-on wet chemistry experience.
• Experience with polymers, coatings, sealants, and adhesives.
• U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or eligible asylees/refugees.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with laboratory equipment.
• Experience with SOP development, process improvement, training, or workflow coordination.
• Commitment to safety and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical laboratory support for product development and research.
• Understand product specifications, testing requirements, and SOPs.
• Perform formulation, sample prep, and testing per SOPs and quality standards.
• Create accurate, organized records and data.
• Document test results and technical observations clearly.
• Present results through reports and presentations to team and partners.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success and resolve issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine laboratory and product issues.
