Job summary

Acadian Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Scaffolding Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the scaffolding division supporting aerospace and industrial projects.

You will oversee field operations, personnel, estimating and execution, safety, scheduling, equipment, and customer relationships while ensuring all activities comply with OSHA and industry standards. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in scaffolding/industrial construction with supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA scaffolding and fall protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the scaffolding division, including field crews and supervisors.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from estimating through demobilization.
• Ensure scaffolding systems meet standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain safety culture and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Develop manpower, equipment, and scheduling needs for projects.
• Monitor costs, productivity, equipment use, and profitability.
• Review estimates, proposals, and change orders for accurate pricing.
• Supervise hiring, training, and scheduling of personnel.
• Ensure workers are trained for fall protection and scaffold safety.
• Conduct inspections of scaffolding, equipment, and work areas.
• Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
